Once you place your order, Jarrod's surveyor will arrange a visit to carry out a full LEC laser scan survey and discuss any technical details with you. From there, you’ll receive detailed plans and 3D visuals for approval before our skilled craftsmen begin manufacturing your staircase in the workshop.

Our staircases are finished to the highest standard. All oak components are given 2 spray coats of lacquer, de-nibbed between coats, and all treads get an additional anti-slip coat.
