Our Step-by-Step Journey to Completion:

• The Design Proposal: PeteNick will send you a detailed Design Proposal, together with a full specification of materials & works, and a detailed Quotation which is valid for 30 days. 
• If you accept the quotation and decide place your order, THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR OUR DESIGN SERVICE

• The Contract: If you are happy to proceed to order, PeteNick will draw up a Contract between you, the Client, and Jarrods Staircases, the Company. 
• The Technical Survey: a Jarrods Surveyor will contact you to arrange a precision LEC laser scan site survey. 
• 3D Visuals & Working CAD Plans: Utilising these exact scans, the Design Studio will produce a comprehensive pack of 3D visuals and working drawings for your final approval and sign off.
• The Build: The technical scans are then passed on to our team of expert Joiners in the workshop, where the construction of your staircase begins.
• The Finish: Approximately 4 to 6 weeks after final sign-off, your staircase will be completed and go through to the Spray Shop, where it will receive two coats of Morrells' Lacquer, before installation.
• Installation: Finally, the long anticipated day has arrived, and our expert Carpenters will begin the process of installing your new staircase.
